NEWLANDS CAROLING AND SLEIGH RIDE SIGN-UP SHEET

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

___ I would like to volunteer my house to gather in before the sleigh ride. Please 
assign any neighbors to my house25 people per party.

___ We will be attending and will be at a friend's house {see below}.

___ I would like to host a gathering at my house and it will be 25 of my own family 
and friends.

___ We will be attending and would like to assigned to a neighbor's house.


CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

___ I would like to bring dessert and wine to share (for 8 adults and 12 children).

___ I would like to bring an appetizer and hot toddies to share {for 8 adults}.

___ I would like to bring food and hot chocolate for the kids (for 12-15 children).

___ I am flexible so please sign me up to bring any of the four options above.
